Payments & Booking
To begin your bespoke design:
50% upfront payment
This secures your place and covers the design phase.
As this is bespoke work, this initial payment is non-refundable.

Final 50% payment
Due once your final design is approved, before painting begins.
Lead time: 4 weeks
includes design approval and hand-painting.

Water-resistant finish
Shoes are protected with a water-resistant spray —
but please avoid puddles or heavy rain.

If your shoes need a refresh after the wedding, I offer a touch-up service to restore them for display or keepsake.

Step 5 — Final 50% Payment
Once approved, painting begins.
Step 6 — Creation (4 Weeks)
Your shoes are painted, detailed and sealed.
Step 7 — Delivery
Your bespoke shoes arrive beautifully finished and ready for your special day.
